Earth Day at BPMS!

Earth Day is one of the best days of the year at BPMS! Every year all of our students rally together to make a positive change. Students, staff and teachers all wear green in unison, we make posters to spread awareness, we decorate recycling bins and boxes, and we spend time outdoors!

This year, one amazing student really took a stand against climate change. After learning about the Greta Thunberg protests our very own 8th grader Katie Russo took the lead and started a climate change protest here at BPMS. Students wore green, watched a speech by Greta Thunberg and participated in various lessons during morning rally. Thank you Katie for all of your amazing efforts!
